    Indelible Travel by Dunne and Ryan Coronavirus Ease of Mind and Safe Booking Travel Policy from 20th January 2022

    Indelible Travel by Dunne and Ryan is committed to providing an ease of mind booking process with being aware of the full scale of issues Covid_19 causes for Travel Agents and Travelers.

    With the evolving Covid-19 pandemic in mind Indelible Travel by Dunne and Ryan bookings confirmed and secured with a deposit and/or balance are eligible for 100% postponement for travel up to two years (24 months) from the original travel date organized. After 24 months from that travel date has passed, any remaining credit will be voided and non-refundable unless this has been specifically agreed with Indelible Travel by Dunne and Ryan and confirmed by us in writing. At any time the credit due may be refunded to the client with 95% of the cash value, this doesn’t include items on your itinerary that cannot be refunded or on the occasion where a supplier refuses us a refund for a services held. We are happy to provide any of our suppliers cancellation policy before booking with full transparency. Increases in cost due to changes in the travel season or statutory increases beyond our control for the new travelling dates and will be updated and passed on to the client. We will also allow any credit to be transferred should the client wish to any friend or family member with the same expiry date. In addition you can also use the credit for booking any new destination that Indelible Travel by Dunne and Ryan operate as a tour operator in. Each booking will be evaluated on its own merit.

    All bookings maybe rescheduled as many times as the clients wishes within the 2 year period and no further cost will incur within the parameters of the above mentioned Covid_19 policy.

    For bookings that are directly Affected by COVID-19 Travel Restrictions & New Bookings Cancellation Policy: Indelible Travel by Dunne and Ryan has temporarily eased our cancellation policies for present bookings traveling and for those new bookings made for traveling up until 31st May 2022.

    If a client decides to cancel, we will provide 95% refund of all services including accommodations, tours and transfers if none of the included services provided by our suppliers have non-refundable cancellation restrictions i.e., Golf Clubs and Hotels etc. During Covid a lot of hotels are only charging if the cancellation is less than 7 days out. In such instances where that is not the case or if the client is forced to cancel less than 7 days out, we will use our great relationship with the supplier involved and request that they ease their policies for the specific booking. If any payments we have paid out for end up being not refundable such as Tee Times or admissions etc., this will be deducted off the credit. However, we will endeavor to get these monies back on behalf of the client and forward them when we receive them. The alternative is to postpone the trip or transfer the trip or credit to a friend or family member.

    We will continue to adjust this temporary policy appropriately, always continuing to keep our clients and their agents financial and medical safety at the fore most of our minds whilst we carefully monitor the ever changing situation and provide further updates as necessary

  • Indelible Travel by Dunne and Ryan Booking Terms & Conditions 2022/2023

    Booking procedure

    Please read the conditions of travel as your booking is subject to the terms listed below.

    A contract has been entered once we receive your deposit via your travel designer and once we accept/ confirm the booking. Payment is also considered a direct acceptance of all our terms and conditions.

    Means of Payment

    Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer or cheque. If you decide to pay by bank transfer or cheque we require a credit/debit card number in order to confirm the booking until the full transfer is received. All invoices are issued in US Dollars.

    Final Payment and Deposit

    Until a 30% deposit is received, and confirmations issued all tour bookings are provisional, as we temporarily hold services were we can but until that time accommodation and services cannot be guaranteed. The balance is due 3 months prior to arrival unless other arrangements have been made and we have agreed in writing.

    If we have not received the final balance on time, Indelible Travel by Dunne and Ryan reserves the right to consider the booking cancelled by you and deposit become forfeit.

    If you book your travel less than 3 months or 90 days before departure, we require the full amount to be paid up front in order to confirm the booking.

    If you request any changes to a confirmed program at any time before to the start of your trip, Indelible Travel by Dunne and Ryan will try but cannot guarantee or promise to meet any request. Any additional costs will apply if incurred.

    Lost Belongings

    Indelible Travel by Dunne and Ryan or our suppliers will not be held responsible for any losses or damages in any kind to yours or others personal belongings. We cannot be cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, upset or disappointment, distress or frustrations, whether physical or mental, resulting from the act or omission of any party providing services.

    Ticketed Events of any kind or golf tee times

    These activities need to be paid for up front before we can purchase and in order secure them. We can not guarantee ticket to events or tee times as they are always subject to availability and no refund can be given if there is any attempt has been made to cancel.

    Golf

    Please note that due to the inflexible nature of top golf courses and golf suppliers, any golf trip paid for is non-refundable and an exception to all other booking conditions and cancellation policies. The trip must be paid in full with no deposit option. Therefore, it is crucial to have travel insurance in these occasions. Any equipment required by the client from a golf course are not included in the green fee’s and if you should need the use of said equipment i.e. clubs, caddies, golf carts, they need to be requested a week in advance of travel.

    Hotel Amenities

    Spa Treatments & Concierge Services are not included in the booking of your Hotel by Dunne and Ryan. However, these may be available upon request with prior notice depending on the agreed upon tour program and the hotels availability.

    Special Requirements

    Any special requirements, allergies and dietary restrictions must be disclosed to the Travel Designer at the time of booking. Any special requests or requirements do not form part of these Terms or of the contract between you and Indelible Travel by Dunne and Ryan. Your Travel Designer is not liable for any failure for other parties to accommodate or fulfill such requests.

    Travel Insurance

    Please ensure that all travelers are in possession of valid travel insurance. Passengers must bear all such losses or expenses for weather, acts of God, strikes, government actions, war, terrorism or other circumstances beyond our control. To guard against unforeseen circumstances, were commend you purchase travel insurance.

    Cancellation Policy

    All cancellations must be notified in writing by email or letter to Indelible Travel by Dunne and Ryan

    The following Cancellation Charges apply to all bookings outside our temporary Covid-19 T’s & C’s:

    · Up to 3 months prior to date of arrival – $750 administration charge.

    · 1 to 3 months prior to date of arrival – Forfeit 30 % of full deposit.

    · Less than 30 days prior to date of arrival – Forfeit of full balance.

    We reserve the right to substitute any item included in the itinerary/ package should there be reason to beyond our control. That includes any accommodations or tour products.

    Indelible Travel by Dunne and Ryan. cannot make refunds or exchanges for unused accommodations, services or features of any tour or itinerary unless agreed upon prior to departure.

    IMPORTANT NOTICE: Any devaluation or revaluation of currencies may affect quoted prices. Tours may be subject to currency surcharges, as imposed by our suppliers.

    Car Rental Companies: Car rental companies in Ireland and the UK reserve the right to substitute cars for other models in similar category.

    Car Rental Insurance:

    (1) Car rental insurance includes unlimited mileage, local taxes and third party insurance, which includes passenger indemnity in respect to injuries resulting from an accident involving the rental car. The driver is not covered by this insurance but can purchase Driver & Baggage Protection (DBP/PAI) and or Optional Theft Protection (TP). This can be purchased at time of rental in Ireland or Britain.

    (2) The hirer must leave an imprint of a major credit card with the car rental company at the start of the rental to cover any damage which may occur.

    (3) The policy includes Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) subject to an excess. To insure against CDW deductible amounts, the hirer may purchase a Super CDW at start of hire.

    Age Limit: In Ireland drivers aged 23/24 years may drive groups Band E only and are subject to a young driver surcharge. In Britain and Northern Ireland persons aged 23-25 can drive groups A, B, C, D, E, F & I only and are subject to a surcharge. Maximum driving age in Ireland & Britain is 75 years. Drivers 76-79 years of age may rent but certain restrictions and surcharges apply – contact us for details.

    Location Service Charge: A location service charge may apply. This charge is payable locally.

    Driving License: Drivers must produce a current driving license issued in their state or country of residence without any endorsements and have a minimum driving experience of one year.

    Extra Driver: The supplementary charge to cover an additional driver is payable at start of hire.

    CLAIMS OR DISPUTES: You should inform Indelible Travel by Dunne and Ryan LLC immediately of any problems and prior to the end of the tour. Passenger contract with us is subject exclusively to Irish Law and Jurisdiction.

    Changes to Terms

    Indelible Travel reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which Indelible Travel By Dunne And Ryan is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. Indelible Travel encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
